Founder & Artistic Director
A Vaganova Ballet Academy graduate and former principal dancer, Elena founded the Brevard Ballet Youth Company in 2018 to give Brevard County’s most advanced students a true pre-professional performance home. She shapes the company’s artistic vision and choreographs its full-length productions.
Board Chair
As Board Chair, Frank guides the company’s governance, strategic planning, and long-term sustainability. His leadership helps ensure the Youth Company can continue bringing world-class classical ballet to the Brevard County community.
Board Member
A passionate advocate for the arts in Melbourne, Irene supports the company’s outreach, fundraising, and community partnerships. She is dedicated to making pre-professional ballet training accessible to local young dancers.

Marilyn brings deep community ties and organizational experience to the board, helping coordinate productions and volunteer efforts. She is committed to nurturing the next generation of dancers in Brevard County.
